You only see the ones
that need you.
The repetitive questions get handled without you. The moment a customer needs a person, you get an alert with the full conversation - so nothing lands in your inbox at 10pm unanswered.

A confidence score, then a handover
Every answer carries a confidence score from the retrieval step. When nothing in your documents matches the question closely enough, the score falls below the threshold and the conversation switches from answering to handing over.
The customer sees a "talk to a person" option rather than a guess. You get an email carrying the whole thread - what they asked, what the bot said, the name and contact details they left - so the reply does not begin by asking them to repeat themselves. Every transcript stays in the dashboard inbox whether it was escalated or not.
The by-product is a list of questions that came back empty. That list is the most useful thing the product gives you, because it tells you exactly which document to write next. Guidance on that is in writing a knowledge base your AI can use.

What the inbox is not.
It handles the handover well. It is not a full helpdesk, and pretending otherwise would waste your evaluation time.
A ticketing system
There are no SLAs, queues, assignment rules or ticket statuses beyond open and closed. If you need a full service desk, this is not it.
A CRM
Contact details captured on escalation can be pushed out over webhooks, but the inbox does not manage a pipeline or track deals.
A live-chat rota
Escalations arrive by email and sit in the inbox. There is no agent-availability routing or shift scheduling - see [pricing](/pricing) for how seats work.
