Pricing & billing
Listed prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies in your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and an invoice is emailed with every payment.
Debit and credit cards. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice - write to us if you need that.
We contact you to upgrade rather than silently billing overage. Your agent keeps working while you decide.

Security & compliance
No. Your knowledge-base content and conversations are used only to answer your customers' questions. They are never used to train foundation models or to serve another business.
Data is stored tenant-isolated at the database level and encrypted in transit and at rest. Sub-processor locations are listed in our privacy page.
We are built around strict compliance standards: consent-based analytics, deletion on request, breach notification commitments and data isolation. A signed Data Processing Addendum is available for GDPR obligations.
Yes. Individual conversations can be deleted from the inbox, and full workspace deletion is available on request within 30 days.
